What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel please do so 24 hours before a service appointment. If you cancel after that time frame you will be charged for 50% of the service. If you no show you will be charged for 100% of the service. That being said, if you are sick cancel your appointment, even if it is day of. Sara will not charge you. Safety first! Does Sara cut kids hair?
No. Sara provides hair services for people who are 14 years or older.
Does Sara provide color services?
Sara has a deep knowledge of hair color due to many years in the hair industry. Sadly, she has developed a sensitivity to hair color chemicals. She is happy to answer any questions you have and provide recommendations but she is currently not providing color services.
